Our Team

Madison Nichols Guidestone Hills
Founder & Chief Compassion Officer

It was Madison who had the original idea for The GreenTree Foundation – the non-profit that started it all. After seeing the pain that her family experienced, she wanted to “start a company to help people get the help they need – even if they can’t pay for it.” So, with the help of Michael and Sarah, she did. The GreenTree Foundation funds leader development scholarships as well as the development of the Retreat campus. Madison is a generous young lady who loves people. When you get the chance to meet her, she’ll capture your heart just like she has ours.
